Welcome to The Trinity Partnership

It is a real privilege to lead the Trinity Partnership as a trinity Headteachers and build on the solid foundations already laid to secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

Together the three schools: Duchy of Lancaster, Norman and Weeting are stronger and able to share expertise amongst staff to ensure a high quality of learning to support all childrens’ development both educationally and spiritually.

As part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), we are supported and challenged to meet the demands of Ofsted and the Local Authority to provide an educational setting which enables our pupils, staff, families and community to flourish.

We are excited by our roles and fully understand the need to work with staff, parents, governors and the local communities to achieve the world beating education our children deserve. Together, We believe we can achieve great things as part of the Trinity Partnership.

The Trinity Partnership embodies the strength and unity of three schools working as one. The Trinity Partnership aims to engage across schools, churches and communities, working in partnership with DEMAT and school leaders to ensure that life is lived in all its fullness as unique children of God.’


The Trinity Partnership comprises three village primary schools in Norfolk: Duchy of Lancaster, The Norman and Weeting. The Trinity Partnership vision reflects the strength of the three schools working together with a shared vision and values, and a common curriculum intent with subject leadership carried out across the schools.

The Trinity symbolises the strength and unity of the partnership of three schools through the Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity that God is one in three divine persons: The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit.

At the Trinity Partnership, we have a clear vision and belief that learning will equip our children for their future.

Every child is valued, supported and challenged to achieve their very best outcomes within and outside of the curriculum. In a village school environment, staff get to know the children well, developing positive relationships in an enabling environment.

Children understand the school’s code of conduct of three memorable rules:

  • Respectful
  • Ready
  • Safe

Pupils learn mutual respect for one another and develop their understanding of British values such as tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith, which are shared by all staff. Staff have a responsibility to provide an exciting and engaging curriculum and pupils should be ready for learning at all times. Pupils are taught to keep themselves and others safe.
